My PM doc prescribed 200mg ER Nucynta twice a day. I have disc herniations at L4/L5 and S1. Neuropathy and sciatic pain down my left leg. Was on 15mg ER Morphone twice a day and Percocet 5mg-325 three times a day. No relief. Any advice for this newbie on Nucynta?
