Help with auditory hallucinations?

I have bipolar and ptsd, and i have severe auditory hallucinations. I take risperidone and it used to help but it’s no longer working. What other meds work for auditory hallucinations?

I am on what I've been told is a tiny dose (25mg) yet I am having this weird full head pressure feeling with blurry vision Is this normal? Will it go away?
