Pletal - Does the medication help break up a blockage also?

I have a 100% blockage in my hip area of the artery. To which i have luckily made myself a detour so i was told (lol)... I'm wondering if it will break it up or just let me have less pain when walking. TIA

Have terrible leg pain when walking from clogged arteries. Anyone out there with the same problem?

After 4 operations (2 angioplasties and 2 bypasses), have terrible calf pain when walking just 1/2 bock and have to stop. Have started to take Pletal, but tried it before at a lower dose and it did nothing. Does it start working if taking a higher dose?
