Why must I sit up after taking my medication?

I am taking clindamycin for a dental problem, I was told to drink an 8 ounce glass of water and to not lie down for at least10 minutes after taking it, why?

Please answer. What risk is there have teeth pulled while taking eliquis?

How soon before having dental work (5 teeth) pulled would one stop taking Eliquis. Or can you have teeth pulled while taking Eliquis.

Has anyone noticed a change in the taste of their mouth while taking Vraylar?
