It's been expired for awhile now but bottle never been open and still has the seal on it. He scratched it somehow and I took a light and looked to see if there was anything in it.

Left eye red and itchy for 24 hrs. Used antibiotic drop ( polymyxin B sulfate and trimethoprim ophthalmic solution) yesterday and this morning. Then just used Alaway (one drop). Still red and itchy. Any advise for immediate relief?
