Has anyone been prescribed Lamictal for neuropathic pain?

My GP recently reduced my Lyrica dose and put me on Lamictal 75mg for a chronic pain in my neck following a TBI almost seven years ago. Thanks in advance. :)

Help please! I had bad acne on chin/neck area. Been on isotretinoin for 8 months and up until 1 month ago completely clear.
