I was prescribed 25mg of hydroxyzine to help me sleep due to anxiety and insomnia but 25mg does not?

I was prescribed 25mg of Hydroxyzine for my anxiety and Insomnia but for some reason it seems to keep me awake longer. Is it ok to take 2 pills at once. I haven’t had a good nights sleep in about 3weeks or so.
