Tegretol OD time to return to therapeutic levels?

How long does it take for an OD of tegretol to drop back to therapeutic levels in system? OD dose was 2g tegretol taken at once, therapeutic dosing was 200mg three times daily. Current time since OD is 18 hours, still showing symptoms of tiredness and dizziness.
