Propranolol - I got bad chest pains after my first dose. What does this mean?

I was given propranolol from my doctor yesterday to treat my migraines and i tried it last night. I couldn't sleep and was extremely dizzy. I also got bad chest pain. My chest is still very sore one full day later, and i am short of breath.Why is this happening?

I recently ran out of my prescription of Effexor 150 mg. I have been taking this med for 8 years.?

My dad's pain management doctor is out of town at a conference. She doesn't know when she will return, said either Monday or Tuesday. He runs out of meds Saturday. She told him to make his meds last. We are really trying to figure out what he is suppose to do when there are no doctor on call.

I take 300 mg of generic bupropion a day. Today accidentally, I took?

my 300 mg pill at Noon and I just took another 300 mg now at about 5 pm. I have heard that bupropion can cause seizures if taken in high doses. Should I call my doctor and tell him that I took 2 doses in the same day?
