I was recently diagnosed with Raynaud's Syndrome and was just prescribed Nifedipine 30mg XR for it. Should I take it in the morning or at night? I don’t want to feel sleepy or sluggish at work so wondering what is recommended. I am a 39F.

Accutane - I am currently on Isotretinoin for my skin but also I am diagnosed ulcerative colitis...
