Humalog was working so well for me. I could inject 10 min before eating and could keep my blood sugar within 40 Points. With Novolog 10 min before eating, my blood sugar will skyrocket for an hour and a half before it starts coming down. 0 affect until then. The only thing that has had limited success is knowing when and what I will eat, then injecting the proper amount 1.5 hours ahead if time.
This is not really workable. Is anyone else having this problem? (Late onset Type 1)
Novolog - Taking 1.5 hours to start affecting blood sugar?
