Yellow oval pill scored in the middle. On the left side it has 01/1 and on the right side it has L66
I found this in my mothers methotrexate pill bottle. It looks similar to the other pills but they have the imprint of b572. She is starting to get confused and has combined bottles of meds that looks similar. I'm taking over setting out her meds and couldn't find this imprint
This pill with imprint "b 572" is Yellow, Elliptical / Oval and has been identified as Methotrexate sodium 2.5 mg. It is manufactured by IVAX Pharmaceuticals Inc.

For the other imprint, nothing is coming up. I suggest you ask your Pharmacist.
