This is a white, round, pill with a cursive v on one side and 19|19 on the other. These pills were found in my elderly neighbors house and she has Alzheimer's. We found no prescription bottle.

This pill with imprint "61 61 V" is White, Round and has been identified as Trazodone hydrochloride 100 mg. It is manufactured by Vintage Pharmaceuticals Inc..
Trazodone is used in the treatment of insomnia; anxiety; sedation; fibromyalgia; depression (and more), and belongs to the drug class phenylpiperazine antidepressants. Risk cannot be ruled out during pregnancy. Trazodone 100 mg is not a controlled substance under the Controlled Substance Act (CSA).
