I'm on bc for the past 7 months, and on 30th of January i was throwing up all night cuz i ate food i should not be eating and i forgot to take a pill and i took it as soon as remembered the next day but on sunday i had sex and two days later i stated spotting. spotting is sometimes brown sometimes red and i've been having it for the past 9 days. Could i be pregnant or is this spotting because of the missed pill? i don't have cramps, i'm not even dizzy, just tired

Bleeding or spotting isn't a sign of pregnancy. You took the pill as soon as you remembered it. You have only a tiny chance of pregnancy. You're just spotting because you missed that pill.
