I have been using Differin 0.1% gel for 5 nights now, and although i'm applying a tiny amount to my face, no where near my eyes, my eyes are burning and constantly running, no eye creams are helping but other than this, I am actually loving this gel, my skin already appears better, its softer, a little dry but that's understandable.
Can anyone advise me on what i can do for my eyes as i don't really want to stop using this product? the corners of my eyes are red raw, please help.

Differin (adapalene) gel is a topical medication similar to vitamin A (a retinoid) used to treat severe acne.
Adapalene is an aggressive skin treatment. When applied to delicate skin tissue, like the skin around your eyes, it can cause your eyes to get irritated and puffy. It can also happen even if you don't apply retinoids anywhere near your eyes.
If you are not applying the cream near your eyes and experiencing swollen eyes, it could be that the retinoid is reaching your eye area from other areas of your face (through natural skin oils and moisturizers etc). At night you may toss and turn or accidentally brush your face and then rub your eyes.
The best solution to stop this is to put a thin layer of petroleum jelly or Vaseline on your eye area. The emollient layer will create a barrier that protects the skin around your eyes and prevents any retinoids from migrating past that area.
Before trying this you might like to take a short break from the differin in order for your eyes to recover. Once recovered start again using the retinoid sparingly and with the emollient protective layer around your eyes. Hope this of help.
