Mineral Oil Indications
Vétoquinol MINERAL OIL is an odorless and tasteless mineral oil. Vétoquinol MINERAL OIL is indicated as an aid in the treatment of intestinal constipation in horses, cattle, sheep, swine, goats, dogs and cats.
Vétoquinol MINERAL OIL may also be used as a safe, non-irritating base for livestock sprays and provides good sheen when used as a coat dressing for livestock shows.
Dosage And Mode Of Administration
Administer as a drench and repeat daily until back to normal, or as recommended by a veterinarian.
Horses, Cattle
5 to 10 mL per 5 kg of body weightSheep, Goats, Swine
1 to 2 mL/kg of body weightDogs, Cats
0.5 mL/kg of body weightMineral Oil Cautions
Discontinue use of this medication if any diarrhea or soft stools occur.
Storage Conditions
Keep the container tightly closed. Store between 15°C and 25°C.
