Nutrition Assessment for Infants and Toddlers
Drinking too much juice, even 100 percent fruit juice, is not good for your child. It will fill him up with empty calories, reducing your child's appetite for healthy foods. It can also cause diarrhea and increases your child's risk for getting cavities and for becoming overweight.
Encourage your child to drink water instead.
