Ther-Rx Corporation was previously the branded pharmaceuticals unit of KV Pharmaceutical Co., which changed its name to Lumara Health, Inc. in May 2014. In September 2014, Lumara Health, Inc. announced the sale of all its assets in a two-step deal to AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Perrigo Co.
