If you are currently being treated or have recently been treated with lurbinectedin, you should let your doctor know before receiving RSV vaccine preF3, recombinant. Depending on the dose and length of time you have been on lurbinectedin, you may have a reduced response to the vaccine. In some situations, your doctor may want to delay vaccination to give your body time to recover from the effects of lurbinectedin therapy. If you have recently been vaccinated with RSV vaccine preF3, recombinant, your doctor may choose to postpone treatment with lurbinectedin for a couple of weeks or more. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.

Do not consume Seville oranges, grapefruit, grapefruit juice, or any supplements that contain grapefruit extract during treatment with lurbinectedin unless directed otherwise by your doctor. Grapefruit and Seville oranges may increase the blood levels of lurbinectedin. This may increase side effects such as liver problems and impaired bone marrow function resulting in low numbers of different types of blood cells. You may also be more likely to develop anemia, bleeding problems, or infections due to low blood cell counts. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
