What is it?
Sugar 6X powder is powdered sugar, a food grade product, that is made by grinding granulated sugar mixed with cornstarch to the desired grain size. The cornstarch prevents caking and increases shelf life. The 6x number defines how fine the powder is, with higher number being more fine (i.e., 10x powder is more fine than 6x powder). Powder sugar may be used in pharmaceutical manufacturing to impart a sweet taste.
