Drug Interactions between cyclophosphamide and doxorubicin
This report displays the potential drug interactions for the following 2 drugs:
- cyclophosphamide
- doxorubicin
Interactions between your drugs
cycloPHOSphamide DOXOrubicin
Applies to: cyclophosphamide and doxorubicin
A single case report suggests that doxorubicin may enhance the risk of hemorrhagic cystitis associated with cyclophosphamide. Animal data have shown that cyclophosphamide can decrease the formation of inactive metabolites of doxorubicin. The clinical relevance of these data is unknown, and more data are needed.
