This may increase the risk of serious side effects such as bleeding complications, eye and vision problems, liver problems, irregular heart rhythm, and development of new skin cancers. Food can enhance the levels of belumosudil in your body. To ensure maximal oral absorption, belumosudil should be administered with or immediately after a meal, every day at approximately the same time. This will make it easier for your body to absorb the medication.
