Other names: Caplan Syndrome; Rheumatoid pneumoconiosis

What is Rheumatoid Lung: Pleural effusion, most common finding, seen mostly in males (although RA more common in females), diffuse interstitial fibrosis, necrobiotic nodules, Caplan syndrome, nodules and pneumoeritis and hypertension.
