What is Long QT Syndrome: Long QT Syndrome is a rare heart rhythm disorder that may lead to palpitations, fainting, seizures or sudden death. This disorder is characterized by a prolongation of the QT interval on electrocardiogram which increases the risk of ventricular tachycardia.
