Medications for Fecal Impaction

Other names: Faecal Impaction; Impaction of the Bowels

Fecal impaction occurs when a mass of feces in the colon becomes solid and hard causing a blockage. The colon contractions are not able to move the fecal mass along the digestive tract which causes a further accumulation of fecal mass.

Note: There are currently no drugs listed for "Fecal Impaction".
