"Your cornea has many, many nerves and is subject to pain when any type of medical issue is present. I was told by six out of seven doctors that I had dry eye when, in fact, I had EBMD. It is painful. My seventh doctor finally figured out what was going on and prescribed disappointment, and it helped tremendously. I agree with the other reviewer who said it felt like something was in your eye, and what it was was a corneal erosion. This medication stops the swelling of your eye and prevents the rubbing of the tissue against the socket."

"After only 2 or 3 doses, it stopped the horrible discomfort that felt like I had an eyelash or sand in my eye. In total, my doctor wants me to use it for 2 weeks along with a steroid drop. An antibiotic drop for only one week. Then I will be reexamined."
"Temporarily restores my vision to almost 20/20. I use this once a day and regular drops an additional few times if needed. The principle is the same as filling in the scratches/fogging on a car's headlights. Don't knock it... if it works!"
