For Neurofibromatosis "Extremely tired, face was extremely red. Makes me sleepy and lazy. Makes me feel sick."

Selumetinib for Neurofibromatosis "I've been taking Koselugo for a few months now, it's been pretty amazing for my neurofibromatosis. I might be biased, as I took Gleevec before this, which affected me severely, and Koselugo is less intense, so it affects me less. Other than nausea (admittedly some vomiting) and quite a bit of dry skin, this medicine has worked really well for me."
