For Dietary Supplementation "Every four or five years, constant pain in several places of my upper body begins. This year it started in one shoulder, then the other and one elbow. Pain relievers help, but the pain always comes back. I used Methylcobalamin shots years ago, but I started using it as pills and the pain is totally gone."

For Dietary Supplementation "This was suggested to me by a doctor I was seeing. I was struggling greatly from constant daily fatigue. This does ease the fatigue a little, but not as effective as I was hoping. Recently, I was started on stimulant medications for ADHD. Most stimulants have a 'crash' effect once they start wearing off, making you feel pretty crappy. I find that methylcobalamin works pretty well at easing the 'crash' period, making it much more tolerable."
