"Today: April 04, 2024. Diagnosed late-onset PPMS in 2021 at 59, 6'2, 260 lbs in NY. Let me start by saying I'm a cancer survivor since childhood cancer took a marble from my lower set. Now I have this. This really sucks! Started Ocrevus in April 2023. Jury still out on that med. Started getting constant steady headaches in the back of my head in Sept 2023. No issue with eyes. Neuro prescribed clemastine 4x per day and said it would help alleviate the headaches. He was correct but it made me very sleepy at first. After one week using only 1x tablet I started noticing the headaches were getting less painful. One month they were almost gone using 1x per day. Now, around 7 months still on 1x tab a day, headaches are completely gone but it took some time to get used to the med. Only side effect was sleepy for the first month. I appreciate the relief and the positive benefit and hope this info will help the next person. Hopefully Drugs.com will add this med to the MS list."

For Allergic Rhinitis "I have used this medicine for a number of years for allergy and hay fever (dust, mold, pollen, etc) and find it is quite effective for mild to moderate hay fever symptoms with no noticeable side effects. For a long acting OTC remedy its relatively cheap, too, around $15 for 100 1.34mg tab doses and I take 1-2 tabs/day."

For Allergic Reactions "Of all the medicines I've been given over 48+ years, this has been the best medicine overall. Like Benadryl, it helps just about all my allergic reactions but does NOT put me to sleep. It dries up the post nasal drip so I can avoid sore throats too. And when I am sick, including the flu, it was vital in helping me get better faster. My issue now is that it is not covered under my insurance so I have to pay around 45$ for 90 days of this generic."

For Allergic Reactions "I was on this product daily for 15 years until switching to Claritin for BP meds (both too sedating), but I want desperately to go back on it. It made me very happy and worked well for allergies. Claritin makes me distressed and restless. It’s hard to obtain clemastine now since it apparently helps those with MS. It really affected me like an antidepressant without all the side effects!"
