Our Pediatrian says one treatment every 3/4 hours. Our pulmonoligist/Allergist disagrees saying Xopenex - 2 Puffs/2 Nebulizer treatments every 20 minutes for the 1st hour. Hi, I know that Xopenex should be given before Pulmocort. I just wonder how bad it is if Xopenex and Pulmicort are given at the same time by mixing them in a Nebulizer. Do you recommend some interval between Pulmicort and Orapred to minimize side effects? Thank you.
