Hope to be able to take Xgeva with me on a trip. Will take the shot approximately 7 days into the trip. Do I need to keep it refrigerated during this period?

I have been on Ibrance, faslodex & Xgeva since Feb. I went from 125 mg to 100 mg but I'm run down all the time. My wbc never gets over 2.5 and my Neutraphils are 1 or less.

my concern is about osteonecrosis of the jaw,as I don't have great oral health. my medical oncologist wants to put me on xgeva for my stage 4 metastatic prostate cancer which is in the bones.

I was on Xgeva for 18 months, but i was one of the lucky ones that ended up with osteo necrosis of the jaw. Had to take me off of Xgeva. Now starting a clinical trial to take the place of Xgeva. No need for me to be on this forum any longer. Best wishes to all
