Can you split voriconazole 200Mg tablets to use them for 50Mg doses?

Patient dose reduced from 200mg BID to 150Mg BID. Since the med is outrageously expensive can we use a tablet splitter to conserve tabs & cost.

Can Voriconazole cause tendon or muscle breakdown?

I was treated for fungal meningitis and took Voriconazole for 5 months. My blood pressure and anxiety went up after discontinuing med. Also, I have had trouble with rotor cuff and plantar is ruptured in calf.

... more bottle. Help! This medication is actually for my dog, who has "Phialosimplex", a very nasty fungal infection. She has been on Voriconazole for over a year. I see that Pfizer makes it but on line it looks like other companies make it? Where else should I look for it? Thank you.
