Doctors have detected me to be suffering from bronchiectasis.I have been prescribed at different times the inhalers- Foracort(Formoterol), Tiova(Tiotropium),Seroflo((Salmeterol) and Duolin(Ipratropium). Kindly advice the best one or combination for me.

August 2009, I was diagnosed with COPD and got SPIRIVA , after 3mnds, I had to stop cause eye-problems and acid reflux, made it impossible, to use it any longer! And it didn't work hardly at all!!!

What's the difference between Ipratropium bromide and Tiotropium bromide, my mum and mother in law both have COPD but one has Ipratropium bromide inhaler and the other has Tiotropium bromide inhaler?
