My Dr. has prescribed both of the above drugs. Are they not both for the same purpose? I take both at nightime for frequent urination.

I have taken terazosin for 20 years for BPH, and currently take 12 mg daily (plus dutasteride. Should I be concerned about temporary BP rebound or other side effects in switching? Very interested in comments from others who have switched.

I've been on Terazosin and worked good for me . Dr switched me to Tamsulosin jcl , and immediatly got a UTI , and comfort level has gone down, any similar experiences ?

Terazosin I take at night and the other two I take in the morning. The dose is Alapraolam .5 mg, Atenolol 25 mg and Terazosin 5mg.

I take 25 mg of Metoprolol tartrate twice daily. My Doctor now wants me to take 1 mg of Terazosin at bedtime. I am concerned that this may lower my heart rate to low while I am sleeping.

I am takeing both terazosin(hytrin) and finasteride I am finding 10mg of hytrin at night is no longer effective for 24 hrs and have had to increase frequency to about 16 hours. Are these drugs likely contributing to my ED problems
