Clean & sober 2 years but now I have no energy or motivation to get going. I’m taking Effexor for depression, I feel mentally fine. My energy is gone. I take a good multi-vite , eat good. I also struggle with getting myself ready to go out , shower , makeup , ect . Help please

Why then does he appear to be more drunk than when he was consuming alcohol?? This is having bad effects. Stumbling all over the place, slurring of words, looking really tired, 2 car accidents in one day, being sent home from work early as acting strange... When does it stop??
