I took two multivitamins the other day, with 800ug re Vitamin A each. I have since seen that too much Vit A in pregnancy is bad for baby, and that each tablet is 100% of daily Vit A dose. I am 15 weeks pregnant. Is this a problem or as it was a one off will it be ok? Thanks
