I've got to take a course of doxycycline for malaria prevention but I've just been tested for chlamydia and I'm positive, so will I have to take two courses of doxycycline or just one?

I traveled to Haiti 8 months ago and took a full course of Malarone. Leaving next week for Jamaica.?
