My daughter is 26 months old and she is using 2 unit in the morning and 1.5 unit in the evening. Current glargine pen does not have half dial but other pen's such as Lily or NovoJunior does.

Adult onset Type I who has used Glargine for 10 years. Recently 3 new bottles of Lantus have not acted to maintain blood glucose appropriately. Short acting insulin still works well but am waking each night several times to monitor blood glucose and take short acting insulin as needed.
