I started taking this at 4 p.m. daily but want to switch to a noon dose daily and wondered if I could start to take it at noon instead of 4 pm. daily on the same 24 hours.

I've been taking Allegra for hives. I recently had a severe sinus infection & the doctor has prescribed Loratadine. I do not want to take both medications if Allegra will also be useful with both hives & sinuses. Please advise ASAP. Thank you,
