Hi, I suffer from a torn rotator cuff and am in constant pain especially at night. My doctor prescribed me four 50mg tablets of Tramadol a day or as needed. She told me to take two at bedtime. Will I be okay taking three? And what's the max mg I can take every day?

I started two new medications prazosin and trazodone. My legs and feet are so swollen it's hard to walk on them it feels like bruises are there. And constant pain as well. Should I see a doctor right away or wait. It's has been about a week getting worse and worse.

I top it up with Tramadol 50g PRC up to 6 tabs a day which gives me a bit of relief. More than this my body will start itching. I also take 25 mg amitryptrine at night. Should I ask my GP to increase the Gabapentin dose? I am 54 yrs. Thx
