I just took three tablets of 50mg Tramadol. Will I be okay?

Hi, I suffer from a torn rotator cuff and am in constant pain especially at night. My doctor prescribed me four 50mg tablets of Tramadol a day or as needed. She told me to take two at bedtime. Will I be okay taking three? And what's the max mg I can take every day?

I have found a new off-label med that has greatly helped my migraines. Anyone else tried it?

I top it up with Tramadol 50g PRC up to 6 tabs a day which gives me a bit of relief. More than this my body will start itching. I also take 25 mg amitryptrine at night. Should I ask my GP to increase the Gabapentin dose? I am 54 yrs. Thx

I just recovered from a sore throat, but could this have a effect as to the constant pain I'm feeling in my right ear... when it comes it very sharp and disappears immediately only to reoccur after a few minutes.
