Hi, I suffer from a torn rotator cuff and am in constant pain especially at night. My doctor prescribed me four 50mg tablets of Tramadol a day or as needed. She told me to take two at bedtime. Will I be okay taking three? And what's the max mg I can take every day?

I top it up with Tramadol 50g PRC up to 6 tabs a day which gives me a bit of relief. More than this my body will start itching. I also take 25 mg amitryptrine at night. Should I ask my GP to increase the Gabapentin dose? I am 54 yrs. Thx

... illnesses. My doc just switchrd me over to 50 mg. Of Nucynta. I am in constant pain and sleepy, and she also gave me a beginner 15 day pack of Gralise for my sciatica. All this just makes me want to sleep? Will the Nucynta smooth out in time and let me function normally again? Help
