My son has been in the Hospital for 6 weeks for schizophrenia he is on his fourth Medicine that is clozapine. we up'd his dose from around 300 mg daily to 450 mg but no improvement . is it worth increasing dose multiple times? or is it possible medicine not effective anymore. worry that if we get dose too high sedation will make it impossible fro him to work as he does now. he also smokes cigarettes.
