... celecoxib is known to decrease CYP2D6 activity, if taken together, then wouldn't tramadol be metabolized slower, creating a possible toxicity? The two drugs are not marked as a possible interaction, but it appears there could be one???

I know this is the generic for Celebrex but I have seen multiple reports that say it is NOT as effective in relieving pain as the name brand Celebrex! My question is still, is the generic as effective in relieving pain as Celebrex?
