How long do I need to take Tamsulosin hydrochloride 0.4mg for BPH?

... capsule daily. Since then I am taking the capsule regularly. I do not have the problem which I had before take the medicine. How long I have to take this medicine. Please advise. Thank you

Re: tamsulosin, Why do the directions recommend taking 1/2 hour after a meal?

It is very inconvenient for me to take this 1/2 hour after a meal. I seem to forget to take it at that time and end up taking it several hours later at bedtime. How critical is this? Am I losing some of the drugs effectiveness?
