My mother has had a few mini strokes, according to her neuro. Her balance is off too, he says this is part of it. She has had MRI and EEG, he put her on Namenda and Aricept. Has anyone heard of this treatment? My father is or has been on both for his dementia. I just wonder what it's supposed ...

My husband was instructed to discontinue Aricept 3 days ago. Last night, he could not go to sleep because of a sensation in his right lower leg similar to RLS. He did better when walking but was unable to go to sleep until 5:00 am
