How does sickle cell anemia cause left sided hemiparesis and how exactly do you go about treating it? It's a case I'm reading and their CBC shows Hb 7g/dl, MCV 80fl, WCC 10x(1010)^9/L and Platelets 200x(10)^9/L and their CT scans shows brain infarcts

Today I was diagnosed with chlamydia. My boyfriend has sickle cell and I'm afraid I might've given him chlamydia. Does chlamydia have an effect on sickle cell ?

My sons father has had 2 crisis within the last 6 months. Both requiring a blood transfusion but this last one was worse and required 2 transfusions. He is 32 years old and does not take any meds to help prevent the crisis because he has no insurance. How bad is his disease at this point?

I have sickle cell anemia, I have been taking hydroxyurea 500mg once daily 5days a week. Now I want ot concive, so should I first stop taking the drug and than conceive or once confirmed that I am pregnant than I should stop taking drug. Please suggest me what will be the best thing for us.
