I am not at all hungry, I have to make myself eat 3 meals a day and the only thing so far is I haven't slept well. Hopefully this will subside. I started at 166 pounds and I am 5'6" tall and my goal is 145 pounds."

"As far as the weight loss, it works great. My problem is unusual, as it causes my mouth to be very, very dry. This had caused sores and raw places in my mouth. Since I can't eat due to the intensity of the sores. So, yes, I've lost weight easy, but I've decided to stop taking it because of the pain. Has anyone else had this problem? ?"

Bontril Slow Release (phendimetrazine) "I have only used this medication once and it was amazing for controlling my appetite, even better than phentermine. However, I have migraines and am being treated for them with Topamax. I had a mild headache before taking the Bontril and after taking the Bontril the headache only got worse throughout the day. My energy and mood was terrific, appetite was suppressed. I had total control of what I ate all day and night. When night came, I was in terrible pain with my migraine. None of my usual rescue medicines worked (Imitrex). I was getting nervous, come bedtime, I was restless, could not sleep, had a terrible migraine all night long, like the Bontril wouldn't wear off. I almost went to urgent care for my head since Imitrex was not working."

"I started using Phendimetrazine 35mg about 8 weeks ago. I lost 20lbs. I was amazed at the results but I also take additional supplements and vitamins too. I'm being seen by 2 doctors. One takes care of my general health, the other weight management. I started out at 190 lbs and now I'm at 170 and counting. I recently started taking the 105mg. I'm not used to it yet. It really suppressed my appetite. If I didn%u2019t think to eat, I wouldn't have. I must keep my metabolism active. What I don't like about it is it keeps me awake and I don't get good sleep at night. I was told to take the 105mg and then the 35mg at dinnertime if needed. If you have a hunger issue, 105mg is the one for you. Its serious but please eat a little. It works though."

Bontril Slow Release (phendimetrazine) "I've been on bontril for 2 mths now and am on the keto diet. I've lost almost 30 lbs with very little exercise. I'm very active at work and my job is physically demanding. I've noticed a definite increase in energy and I'm never hungry. The only side effects are, my balls ache, I can't poop and it's hard to pee sometimes. My wife started keto at the same time as I did without the bontril and she has lost 17 lbs and we both feel great."

"I'm 33 years old 5'5" and 164 lbs. This is the heaviest I've ever been. My weight keeps climbing and I keep justifying it by buying a larger size. I really enjoy Candy I was up to 4 bars per day not including the little single pieces in the Jolly Ranchers. I used to go to a weight loss clinic which gave me 105 mg it worked wonderfully. I would take 1 pill around 10:30 am and it would curb my appetite ALL day! For the first time I did Not Crave candy! They worked Great for me. However, It came at a high price. I was paying $50 per week. So this time I went to my primary Dr. and she was able to prescribe me the same thing and I spent $3.96 with my insurance . Awesome!!! It still works I've lost 6 lbs in 5 days. Love it!"

"Just started my weight loss journey 8 days ago. Doing well and highly motivated. Drug bothered me the first two days with difficulty in getting to sleep but once I changed the times of day I was taking it, that helped. I also seem to only need it twice a day at this time. I have lost 8 pounds in a week which seems like too much but I know that will slow down. It has been a great way to give me a kick in the butt that I have needed to lose this excess baggage I have been carrying around. My goal is to lose 40 pounds and keep it off the rest of my life. Give it a try! It works!"

Bontril PDM (phendimetrazine) "I ave used Bontril for about 2 weeks right now and WOW! I went by the diet that my wonderful Doctor gave me and even without exercise I have already lost 23-25 pounds! I am severely overweight so I know these results aren't typical but when you weigh over 300 pounds every little bit makes a big difference! The only major side effect I have had is a few heart tremors. Once you get in the mind set that you don't need a snack cake or pastry in your mouth every few minutes then you can feel good not only about your weight loss but also about the great choices you are making!"

"Today marks 4 weeks since I've been on Phendimetrazine. I've since lost 14 pounds as of this morning. Little to none exercise. I have cut back my eating because I dont tend to think about eating 24/7. I definitely need to eat better and exercise. Probably would get better results. The only real side affects I have is not sleeping well. I usually get 6 hours of sleep a night and up the rest of the time. All in all i've had a good experience. Also: I was 331lbs when i went to the doctor August 25th. I'm 227lbs today September 22nd. Good luck everyone."

Bontril Slow Release (phendimetrazine) "I am 46 years old 5'10" and was 220lb. I started on Bontril Slow Release 35 mg 3x a day and lost 10 lbs in the first 2 weeks. My dr. switched me to the long acting once a day pill and I lost another 18 lbs in the following 2 weeks. I have never felt better. The best part of this, and likely why I have lost so much weight, is the sex. My wife is so pleased with me. it is like being a teenager again. I'm talking 2, sometimes 3 times a day!. I come home for lunch everyday now but not to eat (at least not food anyway ;-)). This stuff is the best! It has given me a new lease on life."

"I first tried Bontril about 7 years ago when I went to a weight loss center. I lost 47 pounds and kept if off for about three years. I remember taking two pills 30 minutes before each meal. 354mg tabs and I was told not to take my last dose after 4pm due to it will keep you from sleeping. I also followed a high protein diet. I was like 190 pounds then and I think I got down to 147. but over the years I've gained weight, had a baby and gained more weight. I'm now 235 pounds and started taking bontril a week ago and I've lost 4 pounds in a week, I was told to take 1 pill a hour before meals, I've increased to 2 pills before breakfast and 2 before lunch and 1 in the evening and I have no appetite I have to make myself eat. I hope this continue"

Bontril Slow Release (phendimetrazine) "I have been taking Bontril 105 for 6 months now. I have lost a total of 40 lbs but I am not the strictest of people. I have changed my diet alot but still have days where I cheat and eat bad things. Went thru 3 kinds of pills before I got to this one due to headaches daily."

Bontril Slow Release (phendimetrazine) "I've been taking Bontril SR (105 mg) for 30 days. The 1st week I lost 7lbs and the 2nd week I lost 3 lbs and none since. The 1st week I had tons of energy and a significant decrease in appetite. The 2nd week my appetite started to come back and the energy was gone. I now have almost the same appetite as before, although I do get full a little quicker. Went to Doctor today to get refill. Going to try 1 more month. I did follow the 1200 calorie diet and drank lots of water the 1st 2 weeks. It is hard to restrict calories now that the hunger is back. As far as side effects, I did experience headaches, insomnia and dry mouth for a few days, but that has gone away. I was also irritable that 1st week. Now the only side effect is dizziness if I don't drink enough water."

"Please read my entire review as I feel it is beneficial to anyone using or considering this medicine. I am a 30 year old male and 6 weeks ago I weighed 204 lbs. I have taken Phendimetrazine 35mg 3 times a day for 6 weeks now. I have dropped almost 40 lbs and look and feel the best ever. I exercise 30 minutes a day -nothing major, just a light jog. I eat 4 small meals which are: soy products (boca burgers, veggie dogs etc), eggs, fish, seafood, dark veggies and cheese strings. (Eating meat will cause MAJOR constipation). I don't drink alcohol or soda. It's really easy. "

"I take phendimetrazine 105mg when I need energy for that day. I take it early in the morning, about 7 o'clock and am fine to go to be at 10 or 11. The longer you wait to take it, the later you will be able to get to sleep. It does great with apetite suppression. I work out and it helps me there in both aspects. Have not had any side effects at all."

"Been on phendimetrazine 105 mg in the morning since May. I have also incorporated a pretty strict keto diet, eating breakfast and dinner with some exercise (have a job where I'm on my feet most of the day, running around and used some weight weights for my upper body at home every night) - lost over 25lbs!! This has been a miracle worker for me. Eating breakfast with the medication keeps me full until dinner easily. Love it and highly recommend. Originally prescribed phentermine 37.5mg but it lost effect over time, this extended release version doesn't. Had some trouble sleeping with both at the start, but your body gets adjusted to it and I feel great now. Hope to continue using this medication til I reach my goal weight, 10 more ibs"

"I started taking this drug about 2 months ago and I have lost about 30lbs, it seems I can tell it more in my cloths, they are to big for me now, which is a good thing, but I had to buy more clothes. The hardest thing more me is the dr. told me to eat every 4 hours."

"I've been taking this for almost 4 weeks now. I weighed in at the doctor 3 days ago and have lost 14 lbs already. I was 202lbs and I am down to 188lbs, at 5'2. I have been on a strict 1200 calorie diet, and have not exercised, although I have a 19 month old I chase after all day. I have increased energy, and I feel great about myself. They really work to help with appetite control. I also just started taking a multi-vitamin just to be sure I am getting enough nutrition. The only downer is that I have been having bad headaches for the past week. So Ive been just taking motrin. I take 3 pills at 10 am every morning. And I sleep great at night. I recommend these to those who really want to change there lifestlye."

I have not started exercising yet, but intend to, so the weight loss is all diet. This medicine is excellent and gives you the ability to turn down food you know is not helpful to your goals. It has also wiped out all my cravings. My blood pressure is 118/74 and I have have experienced no side effects."

Bontril Slow Release (phendimetrazine) "42 year old 5’6” female Started at 181lb on March 19th and down to 159lb on June 12th. Only took one tablet a day. Taking more than that and I had zero appetite. Caused severe constipation so drink plenty of water and eat lots of fiber. Very effective drug without making me jittery. Recommend for anyone who needs some help. I hope to be down to 140 in next 4-6 months."

"I've only taken this for a week. 35mg phendimetrazine twice a day and I don't feel anything at all. No extra energy, I'm still consuming as much coffee. In fact I have been sleeping even more since starting. It might curb my appetite a smidge if I take the tablet just in the right amount of time before a meal. Four-ish hours later though my hunger is back in full force. Usually have hunger pains then too for eating less when I ate when it mildly suppressed my appetite. No weird side effects except a chalky taste in my throat. This stuff has been pretty useless I follow up with my doctor later this week and I will be requesting something else."

"This medication does NOT work. I actually eat and crave more when I'm on it. Had difficulty sleeping. And when you're off of the medication you feel depressed and extremely fatigued. I've been prescribed this medication by a bariatric doctor 2 months ago with NO RESULTS. I experienced better results from Phentermine."
