Reviews for Phendimetrazine
Review by Atlantis4569 (taken for 1 to 6 months):
Bontril Slow Release (phendimetrazine) for Obesity: I took this a while back and lost 16 lbs in one month. I wanted to try the Belviq instead so Dr prescribed that. Made me dizzy and disoriented so started back on the Bontril again. This time around in doing the Atkins diet along with it so I should be ready to go to Cozemel in January. This stuff is great.

For Obesity: I'm 40 yrs old, very active eat right but couldn't shed the pounds. I'm 5'3 178 lbs. I started taking the medicine on Tuesday it's now Saturday and I lost 10lbs! You have to keep drinking water, make sure you eat within 45 min of taking the medicines and eat 5xs a day. You won't want to, but make sure you do. You haven't experienced any side effects except a little headache, nothing bad enough where I wanted to stop taking it. I wish I would've started this months ago!

Review by GEORGIASEVE:
Bontril Slow Release (phendimetrazine) for Obesity: When I was 33 I weighed 185 lbs. I am only 5'3 so I was extremely over weight. I had never had a weight problem before. My average weight was 125 to 130. After four months of staying home and not going out any, I put on the weight fast!!I started the bontril and changed everything. Didnt eat after 6, stopped drinking soda, nothing fried, no fast food, smaller plates for smaller portions and lots of water. In 3 months I got down to 122. I loved it! I tried it a second time in 2012 with no results. It was a stressful time for me. I am now doing it again and have lost 12 lbs in 2 weeks. Its a great product for weight loss! The only side affect I ever experienced was mild constipation when I didnt drink enough water!!

Review by Kellie1987:
Bontril PDM (phendimetrazine) for Obesity: I have been on bontril for quite a few months now and have lost 30+ pounds. It's been very stubborn, but has came off slowly. I don't eat much anymore and it takes very little to fill me up. My energy levels are about the same and occasionally I will have asomnia. I wish I knew what to do to make it come off faster, I exercise and drink lots of water. I get weighed in every other week and have always lost weight it's just only a pound here or there. But I have to say this is the only product that I've actually lost weight on so I'm just thankful for that even if it's slow. Overall I'm just thankful I'm loosing weight. I'm a 5"8 240 pound female

Review by heartunes:
For Obesity: I suffer from degenerative disc disease, depression secondary to that, G.E.R.D. and old-lady disease. I can barely walk 50% of the time without pain or extreme effort it seems. I take Cymbalta and Vicodin for chronic pain, as well as naproxen sodium. Without phendimetrazine 105mg timed released or phentermine 37.5mg, I wouldn't have enough umph! To get moving to just do some of the activities of daily living. It is an excellent medicine for weight loss or even weight maintenance. It is further an excellent medicine to counteract the side effects of pain medication; and thus, it should be classified as a medication for this use also, not only for weight loss.

Review by Tripalott (taken for less than 1 month):
For Obesity: I have been taking phendimetrazine 105 capsule for about 3 weeks. I am on a 3 month cycle and I am not going to weigh myself until the 3 months are up. I am 6'1" and 298lbs. I put on 98 pounds in 18 months due to various stress related issues in my life ranging from a new house to a new baby and the death of my father. So now I am on the road to recovery and need to get back into shape. People are telling me I look like I lost weight and I can tell that my pants are fitting a little loser and my shirts aren't as tight, so I guess its working. I don't have any real side effects I already suffer from anxiety and the pill does not really get me anxious so that's a plus. I am going to continue with the medication and hopefully lose 100lbs.

Review by kirkland001 (taken for 6 months to 1 year):
Bontril Slow Release (phendimetrazine) for Obesity: When I started taking phendimetrazine I was at 200lbs! I was down 60lbs after only 4 months. I really miss this medicine as it really gave me the right amount of energy I needed to keep a healthy regime going. I have a military doctor now and they will only prescribe orlistat. Phendimetrazine was life changing for me in a positive way.

Bontril Slow Release (phendimetrazine) for Obesity: My Dr. prescribed Bontril one week ago and have lost 5 pounds. The only side effect was insomnia for 2 days. I usually walk 15-20 mins and when I eat I get full really fast, this is what I needed.

Review by luckyslim (taken for 1 to 6 months):
For Obesity: Struggling with weight for years, I have tried numerous diets. High protein low carb being one of the best. But with a busy stressful life I needed a but of help I stared on phentermine 30Mg in the morning and phendimetrazine 35Mg in the evening. They worked like magic LOST 6 lb in 1 week, 10lb in 1 month by the 3rd month I had lost 20 lb. Started at 170lbs ended at 150lbs, maintained for 2 months just by taking morning pill. I will start taking evening pills to lose 20lbs more. The secret is stop eating and start only tasting good.

Review by Luscious Lady (taken for less than 1 month):
Bontril PDM (phendimetrazine) for Obesity: I am 5' 6" and was 190 lbs. when I started this medicine. I began taking this medication 3 weeks ago as part of the Doctor G's Weight Loss Program. At the end of 2 weeks, I was down 9 pounds. I don't get weighed again until Week 4. I have not been hungry at all. I am only taking half the recommended dose because I truly believe that taking medication is never healthy. However, I am in the military and need to lose weight for this year's waist measurement. A hysterectomy has really screwed things up for me.

Review by Anonymous (taken for less than 1 month):
For Obesity: I just started Phendimetrazine yesterday. I was given the 35mg dose and split the tab in half and took it around 10am. I have taken Phentermine in the past and it makes me feel very jittery and gave me headaches. I didn't experience this at all with Phendimetrazine! I'm so pleased. I didn't even think about food and had to force myself to eat lunch. By dinner time it was starting to wear off so I was able to eat but still not all that hungry. I went to bed at 10pm and was able to fall right to sleep. I'm 5'10" and weighed 174lbs at my weigh in yesterday and today I was already down 2 lbs. I'm hoping to lose 15 lbs total and I feel very optimistic!

Review by Anonymous (taken for 2 to 5 years):
For Obesity: I got diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome 5 years ago. The doctor put me on many different pills which made me sick to my stomach. Then he put me on phendimetrazine. I take one when I wake up and one around 3pm. It has helped me have the energy I need to enjoy life. I was always so tired and didn't know what I was going to do. I am so thankful for this medicine. I have had no side effects except for dry mouth sometimes. I drink more water and chew sugar free gum to help. I don't take this for diet. I'm 34 and 5'6 weighing 134. I've maintained this size for 5 years now, give or take a few lbs. It really helps for energy.

Review by Itzurgurlbeth (taken for less than 1 month):
For Obesity: I took this medication several years ago. 135 mg @ 10am, 35 mg @ 3 pm. I initially lost 55 lbs in 3 months. I stopped and gained it back (poor eating and lack of activity). I started again last week and have already lost 7 lbs in 6 days. I've not worked out at all. I have adjusted my eating habits. Lots of water, no junk food, leaner meats, fruits and veggies. Stay occupied with something other than eating and you will lose weight. If I stay at 7 lbs a week, that will be around 60 lbs before I go on my cruise in Sept! Hope I can keep the momentum up. Good luck all!

Review by Peggie Lou:
For Obesity: I started using Phendimetrazine 35mg about 8 weeks ago. I lost 20lbs. I was amazed at the results but I also take additional supplements and vitamins too. I'm being seen by 2 doctors. One takes care of my general health, the other weight management. I started out at 190 lbs and now I'm at 170 and counting. I recently started taking the 105mg. I'm not used to it yet. It really suppressed my appetite. If I didn%u2019t think to eat, I wouldn't have. I must keep my metabolism active. What I don't like about it is it keeps me awake and I don't get good sleep at night. I was told to take the 105mg and then the 35mg at dinnertime if needed. If you have a hunger issue, 105mg is the one for you. Its serious but please eat a little. It works though.

Review by JCNT:
For Obesity: I had gained a bit of weight during Menopause (about 20 lbs.) I am 5'3" and I now weigh 140lbs. I did get down to 135lbs but have gained back a couple of pounds. I wanted to share my experience to see if anyone else noticed the same. I went to Medi Weight Loss Clinic where I was given this medicine for only a few weeks because I wasn't that overweight. What I noticed was the increase of energy, that I had lost after menopause, I also lost all hot flashes, night sweats, and irritability. After not taking the medicine for a couple of weeks all menopause symptoms came back. My friend had the same happen to her. I think it would be a great for menopause.

For Obesity: I started as a 220 lbs 6' man. I look good with a shirt on, and don't experience any social stigma for my weight, but knowing my BMI puts my ideal weight at 185. I decided to try this for a month and lose some Flab. First two weeks were amazing. No altered mental status, no insomnia, just a little headache. It prevented food and alcohol cravings, it gave me the incentive to workout before work. So far, so good. After the 15 day mark, it considerably lost its effectiveness. Near the end (30 days total) it didn't have any effect whatsoever. I partook in all the Christmas feasting. I stopped cardio and started partying again. By the end, I was down to 205lbs, but its deceptive. I looked no different, and now am getting worse craving than before.

For Obesity: I took this medicine last year, it worked great, my doctor had me taking phentermine at first but that only worked for a few months, he then added this medication, I took 1 phentermine pill in the morning and then 1 phendimetrazine pill at around 4 or 5 pm, I lost about 20 pounds the first month with a strict 1200 calorie diet and exercise at least 3 times a week. I was 22 yrs old and am 6' tall, I took both these medications together for about 2 or 3 months and lost a total of 35-40 pounds. The only side effect I did have was the dry mouth and bad taste in mouth but drinking lots of water and chewing some sugar free gum kind of helped. Other than that I loved the medication. I recommend this medication to anyone seeking results!!

Phendiet (phendimetrazine) for Obesity: I have been using the medication for almost 3 weeks and have lost 10 lbs. I'm also doing cardio every other night for 30 minutes, and dumbbell/weights every other night (but that's a fairly light routine). I'm also eating a LOT of protein and have cut out simple carbs/sugar entirely. Will slowly bring those back into my diet next week. I did try the HCG diet (along with a VLCD) a few months back and lost over 20 lbs, but that was a HARD diet. This is much easier to manage and doesn't intrude on your lifestyle to the same extent. Since I'm only now 12 lbs above a BMI of 25, I'm sure I won't be able to take it for much longer...maybe another 3 weeks), as i will be on the high-end, but still in the "healthy" range within 3 weeks.

Review by Phen for Me?:
For Obesity: Started taking phendimetrazine last Tuesday opted to be part of a study that a friend of mine told me about. I'm 5'9, 144lbs - by no means overweight. Yet, I was trying to shed just 10-15lbs to get back down to the weight I once loved and felt my best at. 2 a day an hour before meals. First day it suppressed my appetite and I was more than a little surprised - thought I hit the jackpot, as I am the queen of snacking throughout the day. 2nd and 3rd day didn't work as well as the first, 4th and 5th day worked good again. Now I'm on my 7th day and today it hardly worked. Not sure what all the back and forth is about because I haven't done anything different. I will say that I've dropped 4lbs in the past week, but I'm also taking water pills.

Review by beautifulmother26:
For Obesity: I started taking the medication because I was tired of being "obese" by military standards. I have two kids, work a full schedule, and go to school full-time. I tried phenteramine, but I had horrible side effects. I have been eating 1400 calories a day for the first week and have dropped 8lbs. I drink at least 100 oz of water a day. I do drink diet Pepsi or coke. I keep a food journal which makes me responsible for what I put in my mouth. I use the Smart-Ones meals for lunch and breakfast to guarantee I know what I'm eating at work. Maybe a snack bar or yogurt for a snack. I usually eat every 3 hours.
