Bontril PDM (phendimetrazine) for Obesity: I am 5' 6" and was 190 lbs. when I started this medicine. I began taking this medication 3 weeks ago as part of the Doctor G's Weight Loss Program. At the end of 2 weeks, I was down 9 pounds. I don't get weighed again until Week 4.
I have not been hungry at all. I am only taking half the recommended dose because I truly believe that taking medication is never healthy. However, I am in the military and need to lose weight for this year's waist measurement. A hysterectomy has really screwed things up for me.

phendimetrazine for Obesity: I just started Phendimetrazine yesterday. I was given the 35mg dose and split the tab in half and took it around 10am. I have taken Phentermine in the past and it makes me feel very jittery and gave me headaches. I didn't experience this at all with Phendimetrazine! I'm so pleased. I didn't even think about food and had to force myself to eat lunch. By dinner time it was starting to wear off so I was able to eat but still not all that hungry. I went to bed at 10pm and was able to fall right to sleep. I'm 5'10" and weighed 174lbs at my weigh in yesterday and today I was already down 2 lbs. I'm hoping to lose 15 lbs total and I feel very optimistic!

phendimetrazine for Obesity: I got diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome 5 years ago. The doctor put me on many different pills which made me sick to my stomach. Then he put me on phendimetrazine. I take one when I wake up and one around 3pm. It has helped me have the energy I need to enjoy life. I was always so tired and didn't know what I was going to do. I am so thankful for this medicine. I have had no side effects except for dry mouth sometimes. I drink more water and chew sugar free gum to help. I don't take this for diet. I'm 34 and 5'6 weighing 134. I've maintained this size for 5 years now, give or take a few lbs. It really helps for energy.

phendimetrazine for Obesity: I took this medication several years ago. 135 mg @ 10am, 35 mg @ 3 pm. I initially lost 55 lbs in 3 months. I stopped and gained it back (poor eating and lack of activity). I started again last week and have already lost 7 lbs in 6 days. I've not worked out at all. I have adjusted my eating habits. Lots of water, no junk food, leaner meats, fruits and veggies. Stay occupied with something other than eating and you will lose weight. If I stay at 7 lbs a week, that will be around 60 lbs before I go on my cruise in Sept! Hope I can keep the momentum up. Good luck all!

phendimetrazine for Obesity: I started using Phendimetrazine 35mg about 8 weeks ago. I lost 20lbs. I was amazed at the results but I also take additional supplements and vitamins too. I'm being seen by 2 doctors. One takes care of my general health, the other weight management. I started out at 190 lbs and now I'm at 170 and counting. I recently started taking the 105mg. I'm not used to it yet. It really suppressed my appetite. If I didn%u2019t think to eat, I wouldn't have. I must keep my metabolism active. What I don't like about it is it keeps me awake and I don't get good sleep at night. I was told to take the 105mg and then the 35mg at dinnertime if needed. If you have a hunger issue, 105mg is the one for you. Its serious but please eat a little. It works though.

phendimetrazine for Obesity: I had gained a bit of weight during Menopause (about 20 lbs.) I am 5'3" and I now weigh 140lbs. I did get down to 135lbs but have gained back a couple of pounds. I wanted to share my experience to see if anyone else noticed the same. I went to Medi Weight Loss Clinic where I was given this medicine for only a few weeks because I wasn't that overweight. What I noticed was the increase of energy, that I had lost after menopause, I also lost all hot flashes, night sweats, and irritability. After not taking the medicine for a couple of weeks all menopause symptoms came back. My friend had the same happen to her. I think it would be a great for menopause.

phendimetrazine for Obesity: I started as a 220 lbs 6' man. I look good with a shirt on, and don't experience any social stigma for my weight, but knowing my BMI puts my ideal weight at 185. I decided to try this for a month and lose some Flab.
First two weeks were amazing. No altered mental status, no insomnia, just a little headache. It prevented food and alcohol cravings, it gave me the incentive to workout before work. So far, so good. After the 15 day mark, it considerably lost its effectiveness. Near the end (30 days total) it didn't have any effect whatsoever. I partook in all the Christmas feasting. I stopped cardio and started partying again. By the end, I was down to 205lbs, but its deceptive. I looked no different, and now am getting worse craving than before.
phendimetrazine for Obesity: I took this medicine last year, it worked great, my doctor had me taking phentermine at first but that only worked for a few months, he then added this medication, I took 1 phentermine pill in the morning and then 1 phendimetrazine pill at around 4 or 5 pm, I lost about 20 pounds the first month with a strict 1200 calorie diet and exercise at least 3 times a week. I was 22 yrs old and am 6' tall, I took both these medications together for about 2 or 3 months and lost a total of 35-40 pounds. The only side effect I did have was the dry mouth and bad taste in mouth but drinking lots of water and chewing some sugar free gum kind of helped. Other than that I loved the medication. I recommend this medication to anyone seeking results!!

Phendiet (phendimetrazine) for Obesity: I have been using the medication for almost 3 weeks and have lost 10 lbs. I'm also doing cardio every other night for 30 minutes, and dumbbell/weights every other night (but that's a fairly light routine). I'm also eating a LOT of protein and have cut out simple carbs/sugar entirely. Will slowly bring those back into my diet next week.
I did try the HCG diet (along with a VLCD) a few months back and lost over 20 lbs, but that was a HARD diet. This is much easier to manage and doesn't intrude on your lifestyle to the same extent.
Since I'm only now 12 lbs above a BMI of 25, I'm sure I won't be able to take it for much longer...maybe another 3 weeks), as i will be on the high-end, but still in the "healthy" range within 3 weeks.
phendimetrazine for Obesity: Started taking phendimetrazine last Tuesday opted to be part of a study that a friend of mine told me about. I'm 5'9, 144lbs - by no means overweight. Yet, I was trying to shed just 10-15lbs to get back down to the weight I once loved and felt my best at. 2 a day an hour before meals. First day it suppressed my appetite and I was more than a little surprised - thought I hit the jackpot, as I am the queen of snacking throughout the day. 2nd and 3rd day didn't work as well as the first, 4th and 5th day worked good again. Now I'm on my 7th day and today it hardly worked. Not sure what all the back and forth is about because I haven't done anything different. I will say that I've dropped 4lbs in the past week, but I'm also taking water pills.
phendimetrazine for Obesity: I started taking the medication because I was tired of being "obese" by military standards. I have two kids, work a full schedule, and go to school full-time. I tried phenteramine, but I had horrible side effects. I have been eating 1400 calories a day for the first week and have dropped 8lbs. I drink at least 100 oz of water a day. I do drink diet Pepsi or coke. I keep a food journal which makes me responsible for what I put in my mouth. I use the Smart-Ones meals for lunch and breakfast to guarantee I know what I'm eating at work. Maybe a snack bar or yogurt for a snack. I usually eat every 3 hours.
phendimetrazine for Obesity: My name is Joshalynn. I'm a severe asthmatic, have been since forever. I had to take steroid pills and shots because I couldn't breathe. It caused me to gain so much weight it never went away. At the age of 14 I was 268lbs. It was about July 2010 that I looked in the mirror and saw that I was horrified with what I saw. I had let myself go and to me I looked very fat. A week later I was put on Bontril. It absolutely changed my life. It's now May of 2011 and I way 220 pounds. The weight is still coming off and I barely have anything that fits cause its too BIG. I've never been happier and it keeps getting better.

Bontril Slow Release (phendimetrazine) for Obesity: Due to my rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis I am on steroid shots. I gained 25 pounds in 4 weeks. Lost 11 pounds when I could exercise. Then NOT being able to exercise (RA on feet and ankles). I started Bontril on March 11 and stopped for 9 days because I could not get to the doctor. I have lost 10 pounds. No withdrawal symptoms while off. Would recommend it. Starting tomorrow again.

phendimetrazine for Obesity: I have been taking phendimetrazine (Bontril 105 mg) since Sunday, for about 4 days. The first day I was a little jittery and could not eat anything then I developed a very bad headache but after my body getting over the initial shock it has adjusted to the medicine. I weighed in on Sunday at 214lbs, today Thursday I am 204. I have lost a whooping 10lbs ... I am so excited about this. I am watching my diet and I work out like crazy doing Boot Camp, Circuit Training and Cross Fit Training with my trainers. I started to take the medicine because I was doing all that exercise and my weight was not going down but now the combination of the pill and exercise I am seeing changes. I am 34 and 5'1.

phendimetrazine for Obesity: I have been taking this medicine for 2 1/2 weeks along with a high protein diet of 800 calories a day. I have lost 15 pounds so far. No side effects for me with the exception of the sweet taste in my mouth. It works. I love to eat...thats how I got to where I am, but I have to force myself to eat these days.
phendimetrazine for Obesity: I am 25 years old, 5'9 and WAS 186 pounds. I am a full-time student and makes me much less active than normal. I have done little exercise and have lost 15 pounds in 6 weeks! Medication is great, I don't even have to drink coffee, and I forget to eat because my appetite just disappears. Once the medication kicks in and makes me lose the cravings, it's also much easier to eat well when I'm not taking it. I have saved hundreds of dollars on impulse food alone! My doctor was reluctant to prescribe it because he treats a lot of people who are much older, and SEVERELY obese, and by comparison I didn't have much of a problem. I wanted to feel healthier and reach my goal of being 150lbs, and I am very healthy to begin with so why not?
phendimetrazine for Obesity: Read some reviews here, can relate to someone that said they had palpitations and feeling of " closing of the throat". You are either taking too much or you might have already a tendency to anxiety and as a stimulant, this medication will increase symptoms of anxiety.
What can also help in case of the negative reactions, besides lowering the dosage, is DEFINITELY take the pill with at least an 8 oz glass of water to help dilute some of the strength of this diet aid. Taking it with a full glass or skim, soy or almond milk will be also soothing of negative symptoms.
phendimetrazine for Obesity: I have been talking this medication for 8 weeks now and following a low carb diet and am happy to say I have lost 25.6 lbs. I have not started exercising yet, but intend to, so the weight loss is all diet. This medicine is excellent and gives you the ability to turn down food you know is not helpful to your goals. It has also wiped out all my cravings. My blood pressure is 118/74 and I have have experienced no side effects.
phendimetrazine for Obesity: I am 6'3" and weighed 220 when I started. I have been taking this medicine for 5 weeks and have lost 21 pounds and have four to go to reach my goal. The only side effect I had was a couple of bouts of dizziness, but they would only last for 30 seconds or so. I have more energy to go to the gym and actually miss going if I can't make it that day. The cravings were bad for about a week, but then just disappeared. Now I look at chocolate at the grocery store and have no desire to eat it.
Bontril Slow Release (phendimetrazine) for Obesity: I have been on Bontril since December 28th 2010. I am pleased to say that I have lost 7 pounds the first week and 6 pounds the second week and tomorrow will be 3 weeks and I have lost 3 this week. In total I have lost 16 pounds so far. I have experienced the dry mouth, suppressed appetite, and headaches. However, none of them bad enough to make me stop yet. When I look in the mirror I am so pleased. I started out at 171 pounds and now am at 155 pounds. Everyday I am excited to see what my scale says once I get up. I would recommend this to anyone that needs to lose weight. LOTS of WATER will make you feel full so it is very much needed. I haven't been able to exercise yet due to an injury in back.

phendimetrazine for Obesity: Please read my entire review as I feel it is beneficial to anyone using or considering this medicine. I am a 30 year old male and 6 weeks ago I weighed 204 lbs. I have taken Phendimetrazine 35mg 3 times a day for 6 weeks now. I have dropped almost 40 lbs and look and feel the best ever. I exercise 30 minutes a day -nothing major, just a light jog. I eat 4 small meals which are: soy products (boca burgers, veggie dogs etc), eggs, fish, seafood, dark veggies and cheese strings. (Eating meat will cause MAJOR constipation). I don't drink alcohol or soda. It's really easy.
