Bontril Slow Release (phendimetrazine) for Obesity: Previous user of Adipex (phentermine), which would work great for the first few weeks, but then totally wear off, not to mention the side effects (insomnia, heart palpitations, constipation, anxiety) were annoying to deal with. Switched to Bontril and am so happy I did. I feel calm and focused. It's the oddest thing to not have to "stress" over counting calories and choosing good food options. It just sort of is a perk with Bontril. One tip: drink lots of water. Bontril, water and clean eating dropped 8.7 pounds off me in a week. One of the best parts is going to bed and being able to sleep, which was hard with Adipex.

Bontril Slow Release (phendimetrazine) for Obesity: I am 70 years young, 5'1" tall, and did weigh 160. I have been taking Bontril for 6 weeks. I feel great and have lost 12 lbs. I must see my doctor every 30 days to be weighed. I find that I am satisfied with a lot less food. I try to eat a lot of vegies and tiny amounts of meat. Also bread that has 7 grams of fiber. When I get to my target weight of 140 lbs, I will wean myself off the Bontril by taking it every other day at first then down from there. I do not have an addictive personality.

phendimetrazine for Obesity: I have been taking this now for two months. I am currently at 31 lbs weight loss and I feel better than ever. It works great as an appetite suppressant, I don't have any of those carbohydrate cravings and my energy and focus are through the roof. I have no jitters, restlessness, or any of the side effects mentioned. I am very happy with this product. In addition to the medication I have been on a high protein, low fat, low carb diet with occasional exercise. I try to exercise at least 3 days a week, but it usually ends up being 1 to 2 days a week because something always comes up. I have been on diets and pills for 15 years and this is the first thing that has ever worked for me and been pleasant too. Would recommend to anyone.

phendimetrazine for Obesity: I was skeptical for using pills and I used this one for 6 months and turned down 52 pounds. I never felt bad only at the beginning a little sleepless. And it has been more than 8 months I left them and only gained 8 pounds due to no excercise. I feel great

phendimetrazine for Obesity: I started taking it 2 weeks ago through Medicenter weight loss clinic and I lost 9.6lbs the 1st week and 4.8 this week. I have a lot of energy which is helping me to exercise again. I have never been someone who takes medication so this is very hard for me but the results are on the scale. I am hoping to lose another 30lbs over the next 2 months and then get off the pills and head back to Weight Watchers for the last 15!

phendimetrazine for Obesity: I am 5'9 and used to weigh 292lbs and now weigh 230lbs. I have been taking phendimetrazine for less than four months and have lost 62lbs. I have 40 to 60 more to go. I think this diet plan with good eating and working out is the best kept secret out there.

Bontril Slow Release (phendimetrazine) for Obesity: I began using this medication February 5, 2009 and have lost 25 pounds to date. I follow the 1200 calorie intake recommended and go dancing twice a week as exercise. This medication is a great jump start to changing your eating habits. I no longer need to eat pizza, burger, fries, or soda to feel full. Grilled chicken salad is now my new favorite meal. If used appropriately it should help reach your goal.

phendimetrazine for Obesity: I have been taking phendimetrazine for 1 month already and I have lost 20 pounds. Going to the GYM 5 times a week AND diet no burgers, fries, soda, pizza, straight healthy! I started at 166LBS when I went to the Doctor, right now I'm 146LBS. I'm 25, 5'6 my goal to look great is 130-135LBS and I'm all done! My experience that I would like to share about taking The Little Magic Pill (the way I call it) ..it really works. It's worth it 100% and remember it takes time but it does happen. While taking this pill hunger and cravings just vanish. GOOD LUCK! TAKE IT!

Bontril Slow Release (phendimetrazine) for Obesity: I have been taking Bontril 105 for 6 months now. I have lost a total of 40 lbs but I am not the strictest of people. I have changed my diet alot but still have days where I cheat and eat bad things. Went thru 3 kinds of pills before I got to this one due to headaches daily.

phendimetrazine for Obesity: I take phendimetrazine 105mg when I need energy for that day. I take it early in the morning, about 7 o'clock and am fine to go to be at 10 or 11. The longer you wait to take it, the later you will be able to get to sleep. It does great with apetite suppression. I work out and it helps me there in both aspects. Have not had any side effects at all.

phendimetrazine for Obesity: I've been taking this for almost 4 weeks now. I weighed in at the doctor 3 days ago and have lost 14 lbs already. I was 202lbs and I am down to 188lbs, at 5'2. I have been on a strict 1200 calorie diet, and have not exercised, although I have a 19 month old I chase after all day. I have increased energy, and I feel great about myself. They really work to help with appetite control. I also just started taking a multi-vitamin just to be sure I am getting enough nutrition. The only downer is that I have been having bad headaches for the past week. So Ive been just taking motrin. I take 3 pills at 10 am every morning. And I sleep great at night. I recommend these to those who really want to change there lifestlye.

phendimetrazine for Obesity: I have had no problems with this medication. I feel extremely alert except at night, which I fall asleep quickly. I have lost 5 lbs in the first week because I am eating only what I should be eating. I have no appetite for the extra junk I have been eating for the last few years, when I put all this weight on me. Oh and now that I am not so consumed with my weight and snacking, I can concentrate on work so my work has improved as well.

I am not at all hungry, I have to make myself eat 3 meals a day and the only thing so far is I haven't slept well. Hopefully this will subside. I started at 166 pounds and I am 5'6" tall and my goal is 145 pounds.

phendimetrazine for Obesity: I've been on bontril for 1 1/2 years. It has worked great!!I've lost over 110 pds. After struggling with weight all my life, this is the only medicine that has helped. After taking this for so long, the only thing different is the appetite suppressant qualities have worn off a little, but the energy qualities (still gives a little boost) are still there. With diet and exercise this works wonders. I exercise 1 1/2 hours for 5 days a week. Only side effect was sleeplessness for the first couple weeks.

phendimetrazine for Obesity: I just started taking 35 mg 3x a day and the only side effect is the bad taste in mouth. But as an appetite suppressant it is great! I just chew sugar free gum if it gets bad. Sometimes the taste will make you not want to eat which is good 2!!!

phendimetrazine for Obesity: I have been on and off of phendimetrizine 35 mg for three years. The first 2 months I ever took them I lost 50 pounds. Until the past year I had a great experience with it... although I would yo-yo if I came off the pills and diet, they were extremely effective while doing it correctly. I would STRONGLY recommend never combining the pills with alcohol, too much caffeine, or cigarettes. The last year has actually driven me to be very hesitant to use the medicine. I am truly nervous of having a heart attack. I became very nervous, anxious, experienced high blood pressure, and heart palpitations. It's scary. Just be very careful because you will eventually think you need these pills to lose weight, and that is terrible. Be careful!
