Mobic (meloxicam) for Inflammatory Conditions: I have been taking Mobic for over a year with no side effects other than an elevated blood pressure. I had severe knee and ankle pain which completely went away after taking Mobic. I attempted to stop the medication however pain returned after a few days.

Mobic (meloxicam) for Tendonitis: I have had knee problems for the last 10 years of my life and I've tried so many types of Physical Therapy and medications throughout those years. Nothing has worked better than the Mobic. I can't take a lot of medicines like ibuprofen because I have severe stomach issues and Mobic is great on my tummy. Thanks for giving me my life back.

Mobic (meloxicam) for Osteoarthritis: I only have half the cartilage in both knees due to osteoarthritis and had taken 800mg of Advil 3 times a day for 10 years. I've been taking Mobic 15mg. for 2 years which provides very good pain relief with one pill a day. Sometimes I have pain in the evening for which I take 2 Tylenol. Mobic seems to be much easier on my stomach.

Mobic (meloxicam) for Osteoarthritis: I am 33 years old and have had debilitating lower back pain for over 5 years. Some days I cannot walk. One week ago my Dr started me on Mobic and I can not believe the immediate relief. I have not had this little pain in years..I'm so excited. I'm very saddened to see the long term down falls. I'm so glad to have it though. Wish I had it years ago.

Mobic (meloxicam) for Inflammatory Conditions: I've been on Mobic for 2 days along with Flexerill and I am still experiencing excruciating pain. I feel like electric shocks going down my right sciatica.

Mobic (meloxicam) for Inflammatory Conditions: Effective for my use for autoimmune/inflammatory/arthritis issues however blood pressure rise is trade-off! Feldene also very effective but for obvious reasons not agreeable.

Mobic (meloxicam) for Osteoarthritis: I have arthritis in feet, right knee, both hands, and right elbow. When both Vioxx and Bextra were taken off the market I had to turn to Vicodin to relieve pain, but was so afraid of addiction I did not take it very often. Then doctor tried me on Meloxicam. It's much easier to function, does a great job on the swelling, and an adequate job on the pain for the most part. No side effects, and still not as good as Vioxx, but it's better than over the counter, and better than an opiate.

Mobic (meloxicam) for Inflammatory Conditions: I have been taking Mobic for 4 years now. Having a herniated bulging disc it helped me so much. I had an operation (laminectomy) to cut away part of the disc. 2 years later after the op I have the same problem again along with nerve pain. Without Mobic I couldn't walk. I also take Oxycontin to relieve all pain. I hear all stories how Mobic damages your liver etc. I've tried twice to come off it, but straight away the pain is severe along with headaches.

Mobic (meloxicam) for Inflammatory Conditions: I have been having lower back pain for almost two years. I've been to physical therapy twice, currently I'm having osteopathic manipulative treatment, but with only three visits so far, have not gotten much relief. I also have neuropathic pain from shingles in my lower spine. I have had pain in my hands and fingers for a long time. I started getting nodules on my finger joints and can not wear my wedding rings any longer. I finally told my doctor to refer me to a specialist. In the meantime, he prescribed Mobic. In three days of taking this, I can actually close my fist without pain, my back pain has gone down, my knees don't feel like they are on fire. I feel like I can go out and start my walking routine again.

Mobic (meloxicam) for Osteoarthritis: Mobic was prescribed to me by my podiatrist after finding that I have Posterior Tibial Tendonitis, Osteoarthritis in my big toe joint, and a heel spur all on my left foot. I find that 7.5 mg Mobic has really helped with the Osteoarthritis and other aches and pains that I have developed in the past few years. I find it best to take before bed, as I have a 4 month old daughter to take care of. Throughout the day I am taking Tramadol, wrapping, and icing my foot for pain relief. I find that the combination works really well. In the middle of the night I am ready and able to take care of my baby girl.

Mobic (meloxicam) for Inflammatory Conditions: I am using Mobic for a rotator cuff strain and myofacial pain in my shoulder stabilizers. It works great for that. I made the mistake of using it without food and it has made me very sick. Dizziness and nausea. I also found I have to take it at night because it makes me very drowsy.

Mobic (meloxicam) for Osteoarthritis: I was also taking Vioxx, then was switched to Celebrex, which did not work for me. One Mobic provides me the relief I need on most days. Biggest side effect is constipation, but flaxseed oil plus stool softeners help with this. I have been taking Mobic for 8 years.

Mobic (meloxicam) for Inflammatory Conditions: I was having severe leg pain which I am not sure what it was caused by but I do have Fibromyalgia. I took the Mobic and within about 2 hours, the pain was drastically reduced.

Mobic (meloxicam) for Tendonitis: The side effects are well worth the pain/inflammation relief attributed to this therapy. One of the few that ACTUALLY works for me. Does require regular monitoring by medical practitioner.

Mobic (meloxicam) for Rheumatoid Arthritis: Mobic has helped considerably with pain relief but I now suffer from severe insomnia which I put down to Mobic as I am not on any other medicines.

Mobic (meloxicam) for Osteoarthritis: Pain in neck, shoulders, hips, hands and knees gone within a day! I can ride in a car and I'm sleeping without waking every hour. It's been a miracle for me. No side effects. I'm terrified I may have to give this up due to stomach issues. I can't go back to the pain. I feel fabulous after years of misery.

Mobic (meloxicam) for Inflammatory Conditions: I rate Mobic a 10! For the past four months I have been in tremendous pain and could barley walk, sit, or get out of the bath tub and my hands were extremely stiff. I also could not sleep at night due to pain. Mobic has truly helped me. I have my life back! It is truly incredible. I do however take Prilosec to coat my stomach before taking it. I've only been taking this medicine for two days. I have NO pain.

Mobic (meloxicam) for Osteoarthritis: I have had knee pain for many years and after 2 operations it got worse. Sleeping was a problem with severe sharp pain. A new doctor recommended to me, found I had severe arthritis after an MRI and put me on Mobic and wow! Why had no doctor ever prescribed this before? Pain relief within the week was amazing and my sore back improved also. I have a new life and no side effects to date and I have been taking it for 10 months. I'm 50 and feeling 40 again instead of 70.

Mobic (meloxicam) for Inflammatory Conditions: Ankylosing spondylitis: It reduced my pain, but I had serious stools and stomach pains. The doctor substituted it with Naproxen.

Mobic (meloxicam) for Osteoarthritis: Several years ago, I was put on Mobic for right knee problems--bone on bone. When I finally needed a knee replacement, I had to go off Mobic for a week before the surgery. Immediately, I got creaky and all my joints hurt and ached. It hurt to walk even a short distance. At that point, I realized what a blessing Mobic is. I thought that if some of my deceased relatives had Mobic, they might have lived longer. I remember how badly they suffered and I understand. The pain was unbearable. I'm still on it. I am 65.

Mobic (meloxicam) for Rheumatoid Arthritis: My husband took Mobic for psoriatic arthritis, and it made him extremely ill, and gave him almost no pain relief.

Mobic (meloxicam) for Inflammatory Conditions: I recently started taking Mobic for my back pain. It makes almost all of the pain go away, and still allows me to be able to safely care for my daughter. The only side effect I have experienced is discomfort in my stomach after taking it, but it's much better than the back pain I was experiencing.

Mobic (meloxicam) for Rheumatoid Arthritis: I have been on Mobic (or some generic form) for 3 years now for PsA - Psoriatic Arthritis. During this time, I got quite ill and my GP sent me for a test. I had an MRI and wore a heart monitor for 24 hours. They thought I was having seizures. After 2 years of feeling dreadful only at night my GP took me off the Mobic to settle a stomach upset and I realized that I no longer had any of the neurological effects anymore. Upon mentioning this to my Specialist - he said that the neurological side effects were quite common with Mobic - yet neither of the GP's saw new of them. So just be aware, this can make you feel like you are running slow, your brain may slow down and you might fall over.
