"Don't be scared of the reviews! I was put off this medicine for 6 months because I was scared of it. I ended up being on the 290mcg dose. I take it in the morning, have a BM sometime during the day. No emergencies. My constipation is from a redundant sigmoid colon. Sometimes it isn't even enough."
