For Hypertensive Emergency "Used this after an aortic dissection, this is a very serious medicine. I use it for blood pressure of 160 and over, it is very effective within 15 min.. will drop the blood pressure by 20-40 points. "

For Hypertensive Emergency "Got this med in ER in an IV. Came in with BP of 190/100. This med increased my BP to 225/125. Clonidine is much better for me."

For Heart Failure "Been taking hydralazine since 2020 and I have had migraines and ear congestion since. It lowers blood pressure but the side effects are intolerable, I feel sicker than I was when I was sick."
